The database of the Leibniz-LSB@TUM is a comprehensive identification tool for naturally occurring flavoring agents and trigeminal chemosensates.

The database does not only list the relevant chemical, analytical and sensory characteristics such as odor qualities and sensory thresholds but also the occurrence of flavoring agents in various raw materials and food sources and other data.
