The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) of the Leibniz Institute of Food Systems Biology at the Technical University of Munich (Leibniz-LSB@TUM) dated March 01, 2023 is intended to promote diversity, gender equality and equal opportunities for all genders, as well as the compatibility of work and family life.
In this context, diversity is understood as a holistic approach that takes into account several dimensions - such as different origins, religions, age groups, genders, orientations and disabilities, as well as other factors - as creating identity for employees.
The GEP can be seen internally by all employees of Leibniz-LSB@TUM.
