Media Coverage

Scientists of the Leibniz-LSB@TUM are always ready for a lively dialogue with the regional and national media on the function and physiological effects of food ingredients and their role in taste, nutrition and health. In those discussions, the scientists do not only talk about their (recent) scientific results but also about general issues in context with their research.
