Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology receives certificate for family-friendly personnel policy

Freising/Berlin, June 18, 2024 - The Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology at the Technical University of Munich was awarded the "audit berufundfamilie" certificate. The award ceremony took place as part of the 26^th berufundfamilie Service GmbH certificate award ceremony, under the patronage of the Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Lisa Paus. Michael Paul, the commercial director of the Leibniz Institute, received the certificate.

The "audit berufundfamilie" is a recognized seal of quality for a family and life-phase-conscious personnel policy. This award recognizes the Leibniz Institute's commitment to creating a working environment that promotes the work-life balance of its employees. Nationwide, 306 organizations that are committed to such a corporate culture were honored today.

In her speech, Federal Minister for Family Affairs Lisa Paus emphasized the importance of such a personnel policy for the modern working world and congratulated all certified organizations.
