Junior Research Group: Integrative Food Systems Analysis

The Junior Research Group Integrative Food Systems Analysis (focus: integrative multiomics analyses) develops computational methods to analyse and integrate multi-modal data from high-throughput experiments generated in sections I and II. By combining approaches from graph theory, probability theory, and machine learning, these methods extract new insights to predict food effector systems.
